North District 2 (ND2) — Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­D Students in UCR Housing

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­D students living in UCR housing are part of both the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­D community and the UCR residential community. Your housing contract binds you to UCR Housing resident conduct policies and UC policies, as well as Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­D’s Code of Conduct. ND2 follows UCR Housing rules and processes day‑to‑day; some cases are adjudicated by Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­D.

What ND2 Housing Is

• You are Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­D students living in UCR housing — you belong to both communities.
• Your contract includes UCR Housing resident conduct policies, UC policies, and Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­D’s Code of Conduct.
• ND2 uses UCR Housing rules and processes for daily operations; some cases may be handled by Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­D.

Returning Residential Scholars Timeline 2026-2027

The Renewal Process for the 2026–2027 academic year is contingent upon receiving a renewal invitation. Renewal invitations are issued to Residential Scholars who maintain eligibility in accordance with the terms and conditions of their housing contract.

If you have not received a renewal invitation, your University of California, Riverside Campus Apartments lease renewal may be administratively held due to one or more of the following:

• Graduation
• Delinquent Account Status
• Violation of Resident Policies or Board Policies
• Immunization Records GPA

If you believe your renewal eligibility has been placed on hold in error, please contact the Housing Office at reshousing@rccd.edu for further review.

Important Dates
Renewal Campaign Window	May 6 - May 13
Renewal Roommate Selection	May 20 - May 26
Renewal Room Selection	May 28 - June 4
Mandatory Orientation	July 22 or August 5 *Note: ALL Residential Scholars must attend one orientation
